I am Jayde Kief, Actor and Dancer/Choreographer, currently in Chicago, IL.
My imagination and insatiable artistic appetite take me head-first into any project, while my Mid-Western roots keep me grounded, ready for what’s next.
I like to light up every room I walk into with a smile, am unafraid to laugh at myself, and work with a serious sort of authenticity.

Born and raised in Cincinnati, Ohio, I moved to Los Angeles, CA when I was 15 years old, to pursue a career in dance and film. There, I graduated from CHAMPS Charter High School of Multimedia and Arts, and began as a part-time student pursuing Dance Teaching.
I became heavily involved with The Wallis Annenberg Center for Performing Arts, where I participated multiple times in their Art of Choreography project, and was a founding member of their resident acting troupe, The Wallis Studio Ensemble.
In Spring of 2018, I had to face a reality that had been looming over me my whole life- I was struggling with Depression and an Eating Disorder. After ignoring it for so long, my life had become unmanageable. I decided to put my career on a year-long hold.
Summer of 2019, I’m returning to the industry, stronger and more passionate than ever before.
